    Appointments
    As a specialist practice patients will require a current referral from a General Practitioner / Specialist to be eligible for a rebate from Medicare. Please bring the following items to your appointment:

    • Medicare or DVA card, Health Care or Pension Card
    • Referral letter from your GP / doctor
    • Private Health Insurance details / card
    • Relevant x-rays, MRIs, CT scans
